<description><![CDATA[<p><strong>JIM GORDON - AKA MR APACHE, INCREDIBLE BONGO BAND</strong></p>
<p>Yes...The man responsible for the greatest drum break ever used in Hip hop, and his name was not James Brown..Gordon began his career backing the Everly Brothers in 1963 at age 17, he went on to become one of the most sought after recording session drummers in Los Angeles where in 1968 he recorded with Mason Williams on the hit Classical Gas. During this period, he performed on many notable recordings including Pet Sounds by The Beach Boys, Gene Clark with the Gosdin Brothers by Gene Clark and The Notorious Byrd Brothers by The Byrds.</p>

<description><![CDATA[<p>A lot of people dont talk too much about Paul C, This is the dude who worked with Ced Gee, DJ Mark 45 King, DJ Premier and other serious names in Hip Hop. He was murdered in Queens in a recording studio but the works and stuff he produced was amazing dope, fatt and jam packed with flavour.&nbsp;</p>
<div>I heard that he pioneered the EMU SP1200 and taught a lot of guys how to use it. If you have never heard of Paul C and you call yourself a Hip hop producer then you are out of touch with real Hip Hop.</div>
